Are your items authentic?

The Little Bag Lady takes authenticity very seriously - all our items undergo a stringent authentication process before being sold on our website. We look to offer serial numbers, warranty cards/papers and original packaging where possible. Please ensure to read the description of your purchase carefully to see which of these are included.

I can't afford to pay that much for even a discounted luxury bag.

No problem! We believe that bags are as much of an investment as is your phone, car and house. That is why we provide the option to buy now and pay later. Payments can be made in monthly installments so that you are renting your bag until you are the proud owner of it. 

Do you sell anything other than handbags?

Yes! Whilst The Little Bag Lady specialises in bags - as is fairly self-explanatory - we do keep an eye out for other luxury gems such as sandals, sunglasses etc. We have a dedicated section to this on our website.

What is your refunds policy?

We offer returns and exchanges for any of our products purchased (*not including shipping fees), to offer you added peace of mind when investing in your new bag (or other item), within 14 days from the date of purchase. This is provided your return complies with the following requirements:

- The tag attached to your item must be intact.

- Our customer service team must be notified of the return/exchange via the Contact Form within 3 days of receiving the item. 

- With regards to exchanges, any price discrepancy between your purchase and desired exchange item must be made up for.

- The item must not be used, and in the exact same condition as it was when received. 

- Any paperwork, receipts, warranty card and packaging must be returned alongside the item. 

- For UK orders, the item must be returned to our premises within 5 business days of you first receiving the item. For international orders, this limit is 8 business days.

What happens when I have applied for a refund/exchange?

Upon arrival of the item, we will send out a notification email to inform you that we have received your order. All items will be inspected, and following this, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, payments will be returned to the original payment method.

How do I sell my bag to The Little Bag Lady?

If you have a luxury bag and looking for a new owner, please fill out our form on the 'Sell to Us' page. We will arrange a video call to briefly inspect the bag and if satisfied, we will provide a free shipping label to send the bag in. All bags are authenticated using 'Entrupy' which is an algorithm-based authentication system using microscopic photographs to validate the authenticity of a bag. There is a £25 fee to act as a deterrant - if your bag passes this check, you will be refunded this £25. However if your bag fails to pass the Entrupy test, this fee will not be returned and we will require you to cover the postage back.

If I have sold my bag to The Little Bag Lady, how will it be resold?

We do not offer a consignment service at present, therefore a price quoted will be the final price - should you choose to accept it.

Are all your bags brand new?

Many of our bags are brand new, and in their packaging - this will be stated if so. We also sell many bags in excellent condition that are pre-owned (or better still - vintage!) but this will be in the description also. Please ensure you have fully read the description to make an informed decision about your purchase.
